Titanium-Doped Mesoporous Silica with High Hydrothermal Stability for Catalytic Cracking Performance of Heavy Oil

نویسندگان

چکیده

With the increasing attention to light oil, catalytic cracking process of heavy oil is being vigorously developed. The silicon hydroxyl groups on surface mesoporous silica materials can be used as weak acid centers preliminarily crack macromolecules. Herein, a strategy introducing titanium into skeleton for modification proposed increase active sites, well improve hydrothermal stability. After modification, material has more and shows better ability in deep oil. Notably, when content doping 2%, CT(2) catalyst exhibited best high-temperature stability, which suitable catalyst. This kind titanium-modified great application prospects cracking, may provide novel idea subsequent development.

Hydrothermal synthesis, characterization and catalytic performance of La3+ and Sm3+ - doped Bi2Mn2O7 nanocatalysts for Biginelli reactions

La3+ and Sm3+ - doped Bi2Mn2O7 nanocatalysts were synthesized in 1 M NaOH aqueous solution, via a stoichiometric 1:1 Bi:Mn molar ratio hydrothermal method at 180 °C for 48 h. Bi(NO3)3, MnO2, La(NO3)3 and Sm2O3 were used as raw materials. The synthesized nanomaterials were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) technique. Both of the La3+ and Sm3+ - doped Bi2Mn2O7 nanomaterials were cr...

Convenient metal embedment into mesoporous silica channels for high catalytic performance in AB dehydrogenation.

The infiltration of palladium nanoparticles (PdNPs) into the channels of SBA-15 was conveniently achieved via an incipient wetness procedure employing a tetraglyme solution. Electron tomography demonstrated that PdNPs were outgrown preferentially from the channels. The resultant Pd/SBA-15 showed high performance in the dehydrogenation kinetics of ammonia borane.

Advances of two-stage riser catalytic cracking of heavy oil for maximizing propylene yield (TMP) process

Two-stage riser catalytic cracking of heavy oil for maximizing propylene yield (TMP) process proposed by State Key Laboratory of Heavy oil Processing, China University of Petroleum, can remarkably enhance the propylene yield and minimize the dry gas and coke yields, and obtain high-quality light oils (gasoline and diesel). It has been commercialized since 2006. Up to now, three TMP commercial u...

Aqueous Stability of Mesoporous Silica Films Doped or Grafted with Aluminum Oxide

Surfactant-templated silica thin films are potentially important materials for applications such as chemical sensing. However, a serious limitation for their use in aqueous environments is their poor hydrolytic stability. One convenient method of increasing the resistance of mesoporous silica to water degradation is addition of alumina, either doped into the pore walls during material synthesis...

High sensitivity of gold nanoparticles co-doped with Gd2O3 mesoporous silica nanocomposite to nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells

Nanoprobes for combined optical and magnetic resonance imaging have tremendous potential in early cancer diagnosis. Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) co-doped with Gd2O3 mesoporous silica nanocomposite (Au/Gd@MCM-41) can produce pronounced contrast enhancement for T1 weighted image in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Here, we show the remarkably high sensitivity of Au/Gd@MCM-41 to the human poorly di...
